I spend a what ever time I can online or reading information on how to troubleshoot certain problems and how's the safest and fastest way to go about it. I'm confident that I could do pretty much any job when it comes to troubleshooting Computer.

Sorry I'm not able to Offer Services to Staten Island .

I don't drive at all, So my transport is Public Transportation which is why Im limited to Certain area .

I don't Offer my Service to Commercial unless is a Personal Computer you brough to your Job .

All my work have a 14 day warranty , So if the problem comes back within those 14 days, I will try to help you over the internet or phone, If not able to , A visit will be set up for your location free of charge.

Need help buying a New computer or Used one, Then Feel free to contact me for advice and places online to get computer online new for less then $250.00 (towers only) or any other computer part's. You be surprise on the prices they have out online for Hardware and Computers .

House Visit Service

This is the Fee for me to head over to your location and troubleshoot your PC in question . You wont be charge nor more or less for my services regardless how longit takes to correct the problem .

This does not include part's which I dont sell .

If im not able to continue my job cause of hardware failure, I will still need to charge you, So if you need any parts, is best to be prepare to go to you local Electronic store to get the hardware that's need for replacement.

Drop Off Service

$25.00

or free if you can't afford it, Yes that right, The fee are correct, This only apply if drop off are made only . All computer drop off will be ready within 24 to 32 hours unless parts have to order, which in that case it will be longer.

Some work could be done right away and the most you have to wait is a few minutes to hours,

You are welcome to wait as I work on your computer If I have time or pick up at a later time .
