This are Thirty5tech Computer Repair Service Policy that all Technician will need to follow and Clients using our service .

1) Client must remain home up to the last minute when a technician has a appointment to stop by your location. Clients who violate this policy will no longer received services or warranty from thirty5tech .

2) Clients must remain at the location where Computers/Laptops are being service. If the clients step out the technician must wait outside till clients come back. Technician will only wait 10 minutes unless agreed to more by technician .

3) Clients must not ask technician to install any third party Commercial Application they do not own. Including Upgrade the the latest Operating System , Adobe, Autocad , etc .

4) Client must call ahead of time to let the technician know that no one will be home at the hour requested. If clients are not able to call ahead of time and is a last minute emergency, A note has to be left in front of door for technician to be notified, Failing to do so will cause thirty5tech not to offer service to the client .

5) Thirty5tech does not sell any computer parts and or software . The clients will be responsible for parts. Thirty5tech may assist in the helping the client on obtaining the parts needed to correct the problem .

6) Thirty5tech does it best to be on time . But due to traffic or transportation. A technician may be late or early. However if technician is late. A client has the right to refuse service from thirty5tech . There will be no charge at all to clients account .

7 ) In most cases thirty5tech will send all receipt and invoices to the clients email address . If no email address is available a first class postal mail will be mail to the clients with invoice and or receipt for our services .

8 ) Thirty5tech does not accept credit card on site. All credit cards process will be done with PayPal where clients will be able to pay with their credit card. Cash and Checks are accepted .
